Question 1

When am I charged?

Accepted Answer

When you pay on this page. Stripe adds sales tax from the ship-to address. Batch shipping on a single set is quoted before the carton leaves and is not inside the $49.

Question 2

When does it ship?

Accepted Answer

With the run, unless you choose USPS Priority Mail. Priority leaves as soon as your cartons are packed. In the United States that is +$14 on orders of three sets or fewer. Bigger parcels and every other country: we confirm the Priority rate in the lock email, before you pay.

Question 3

What am I buying?

Accepted Answer

The ARCHONOS pivoting protractor ruler, a 3-piece measuring set in a retail carton. Index the base, swing the arm, mark along the scale.

Question 4

What is it made of?

Accepted Answer

PETG is the priority. ABS is the heat-tough print. ABA is the weather-tough print. The carton names the plastic you paid for. Same geometry either way.

Question 5

Where do you ship batch 01?

Accepted Answer

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia. Anywhere else: say so in the note and we confirm before we charge.

Question 6

Can I change the quantity later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reply to the lock email before you pay, or place another pre-order and we will merge them.

Question 7

Is there a bulk price?

Accepted Answer

Shop Ten is ten sets at $39 each, shipping included. Wholesale on the card is 1,000 boxes at $29 each. Any other wholesale count: contact customer service before anyone is charged.
