Refunds

Before it is packed, the charge comes back.

• You are charged when you pay. Sales tax is part of that Stripe charge.
• Cancel before the carton is packed and the payment is refunded in full, tax included.
• After it ships, we refund it if it arrives broken, or if it is not the plastic you paid for.
• A tool that has been used, cut, or marked is not refunded. Postage that already left is not refunded.

Write the desk with the order id on the receipt.
