The sale, in plain words.

The seller is Cortexel, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

A pre-order charges the card when you place it. The carton ships with the batch. There is no guaranteed ship date.

Prices are in US dollars, plus applicable sales tax.

Refunds follow the refund policy.

ARCHONOS is a measuring aid. It is not certified for precision, and it is not for safety-critical use.

The ARCHONOS name, the carton, and the design are the intellectual property of Cortexel, LLC. Buying a tool does not transfer that property.

Liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Texas law governs these terms.
